roles in both faculty and administration, Vasilios offers a wealth
of insights and guidance to our Revolution Prep families as they
navigate future aspirations. His expertise lies in creating
student profiles, adeptly identifying learning gaps, and
comprehensively understanding each student. Vasilios collaborates
with some of the most prestigious schools in New England and
internationally across the globe.
Kate Mullen
With nearly a decade in education, spanning roles as a Teacher,
Academic Advisor, and webinar leader on the College Admissions
Landscape, Kate is a seasoned expert at Revolution Prep. Her
method involves pinpointing gaps in standardized testing nuances,
understanding students' current academic standing and goals, and
then crafting a plan based on suitable timelines. Amid the hectic
AP season, Kate is committed to alleviating stress for both
students and parents by providing a clear understanding of what to
expect on test day and fostering confidence throughout the
preparation journey.
Rich Saperstein
Rich is a seasoned Project Manager and Business Development
professional with a track record of cultivating enduring
relationships. With over 20 years as a Director of Admissions at
Universities, he empathizes with the challenges students face in
getting all their ducks in a row when submitting applications –
covering both academic needs and crucial Executive Functioning
skills. Rich is driven by a passion for helping students achieve
their goals and is well-prepared to equip them for a successful
future.
Sue Hmelovsky
Over the past 14 years, Sue has been deeply engaged in online
program development, educational testing, accreditation, and
e-learning initiatives. While working with school districts, BOE,
universities, and high schools has been an amazing experience, her
last 5 years at Revolution Prep have been the most rewarding by
far. Now, she directly collaborates with students and their
families, identifying academic needs, crafting customized tutoring
programs, and academic plans. Sue considers herself fortunate to
witness her students' success unfold – witnessing soaring
confidence, improved grades/test scores, and hearing their
inspiring success stories as they reach and surpass their academic
and personal goals.
Brian Ringer
With a decade of experience in both high school and middle school
education as a history teacher, Brian’s witnessed the challenges
students encounter on their journey to graduation. Now, as an
Academic Advisor, Brian finds fulfillment in parents' relief and
students' newfound academic pride through the expert support of
our tutors. Even though he's no longer in the classroom, Brian
still cherishes hearing about those "ah-ha" moments from students,
whether it's mastering study skills or gaining a deep
understanding of a subject.
